Who Needs to Learn About Managing Finances?

According to www.foxbusiness.com, "To be in a good position to handle these complexities, we must have an ongoing financial education that is independent from those who have a financial interest in our decisions -- that is, providers of financial services like insurance companies and sellers of investment products." This is such great advice. If we want to get better in any area, we should focus on making it a priority to learn.

If we want to be successful in the area of our life known as personal finances, we need to start treating our personal finances like a business. This does not mean that we do everything ourselves. However, it does mean that we do enough research to hire the right help into our lives. Our research needs to be independent of any one organization or individual. Opposing view are helpful.

So, who needs to learn more about financial literacy? Anyone who makes money. How did you get your education in finances? Was it from your parents? Did you have to learn on your own?

Thanks for reading. New posts coming soon!
