We need to take ownership for our actions. Whether we are looking at our personal lives, business, finances or professional relationships, we are responsible.
At blogs.hbr.org, I found it well stated as "The responsibility is yours, and it starts with developing a belief or habit of mind that you, as an individual, are accountable for the quality and timeliness of an outcome, even when you're working with others." I absolutely agree with this statement. The truth is you are where you are because of you. Now that you know this, what are you going to do about it.
Are you going to continue to read or are you going to start taking actions. Knowing something is useless. Taking action and actually taking steps towards your goal or changing your situation is everything. Are you gonna talk the talk and walk the walk?
You know that you should have no debt. You know that you should have more that $10,000 in your savings account. You know that you should have more than $25,000 in your retirement account. The question is whether you are going to partner up with someone to keep you accountable when you know you should or whether you want to live in denial thinking that you are doing just fine on your own.
Thanks for reading! Spread the word and lets make some changes together.
