Have You Spent Time On Your Personal Road Map?

Isn't it smart to start thinking about retirement early?  As time passes, can we ever get it back?  What would you do differently if you could do the last five years over?  Can you do something today, so the next five years will not be like the last five?

Your life can have a road map written by yourself to help you focus on the things that are most important.  You will find that when you focus on particular things, you will tend to accomplish the things in life that you desire.  On the other hand, how easy is it to get distracted when we don't have focus?  Isn't there a billion things out there to distract us?

Today, tonight, write down some goals you have.  If you wait until tomorrow, it will probably never happen.  If you really want to focus, you can revisit those goals on a daily basis.  If you don't have a written game plan, how do you expect to ever get the things that you want in life?  Remember the last time you actually obtained something you wanted.  How did you do it?

Thanks for stopping by.  Add some comments.  This is meant to be a discussion.  Remember, when you comment you not only see it and retain 10%, you externalize it and retain 50%.  One step at a time.  Read more at www.theretirementpros.com.
