Have You Ever Heard of Robert Kiyosaki's Cash Flow Quadrant?
In 2000, Robert Kiyosaki released his book Cash Flow Quadrant, an amazing follow up to Rich Dad Poor Dad. You can follow the cash flow quadrant blog at www.richerdaddy.com. Have you read this book?
This book has been very controversial over the past few years as people flock by the dozens searching for a way to create a successful venture in the business or investor arena. Many will try, many will fail, few will succeed.
One thing is clear. You must be in one of the four quadrants. Which quadrant are you in? More importantly, those people around you, which quadrant are they in? Out of the people you know who are poor, middle class, upper middle class, rich and wealthy, which quadrant are they in?
Remember, learn from someone who's situation is better than your own, in a particular area. The difficult thing is that most of your friends and family will act like they are doing really well, but the statistics say that about 50% of them have less than $10,000 in their savings account and less than $25,000 in their retirement account. Don't be fooled by the new house and car.
